Terms of Service

Huquqchi provides tools to explore Uzbekistan legislation and related materials, including automated and AI-assisted features. Capabilities may include multilingual chat, references to sources, optional uploads, and account usage information.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features; where reasonable, we will provide notice consistent with operational constraints.

The Service provides general legal information and research assistance only. Nothing produced by the Service constitutes legal, tax, regulatory, or professional advice tailored to your situation, and no attorney–client relationship is formed.

You should verify outputs against official publications and consult a qualified professional before relying on any conclusion that affects your rights or obligations.

You must provide accurate registration information and safeguard credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account except where compromise resulted solely from our negligence.

You must meet any minimum age stated in our Privacy Policy and comply with laws applicable to you.

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, transmit, display, adapt, and create technical derivatives needed solely to operate, secure, improve, and analyse the Service for your benefit (for example search indexes or summaries).

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

You must not misuse the Service. Without limitation, you agree not to: attempt unauthorised access or probing; circumvent reasonable use or security measures; introduce malware; extract data at scale contrary to fair use; submit unlawful content or infringe intellectual property; harass others; impersonate courts or authorities deceptively; generate abusive automated traffic; or use outputs to build a competing product that reproduces the Service’s core functionality without our written consent.

We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk.

Legislative texts and references may come from official or indexed sources; attribution does not imply endorsement by those authorities. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.

Except for your content and public-domain legislative materials, Huquqchi and its licensors own rights in the Service, software, branding, and prepared reference materials. These Terms do not grant rights beyond the limited licence to use the Service as offered.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Automated systems can make mistakes; search and citation features may be incomplete. We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER HUQUQCHI NOR ITS SUPPLIERS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS (US$50), IF NO FEES APPLIED.

You will defend and indemnify Huquqchi and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for operational, security, or legal reasons, or if you materially breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive (disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, governing law) survive termination.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the “last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance; if you disagree, discontinue use.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, excluding conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction’s laws.

Courts located in Uzbekistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, subject to mandatory provisions of consumer protection law where applicable.
