Legal protection
Everyone is guaranteed judicial protection. Everyone has the right to qualified legal assistance. No one is guilty until a court establishes the guilt.
Social and economic rights
Work and free choice of a profession; rest; the right of property; education; social security.
Limits
Under article 21 of the Constitution, rights and freedoms may be limited only in accordance with the law. A limit applies only to the extent necessary to protect the constitutional order, public health, public morality and the rights and freedoms of other persons, and to ensure public safety and public order.
